Rental Agent:

Real estate salespersons are independent contractors who provide their services to a licensed real estate broker on a contract (non-employee) basis. In return, the broker pays the salesperson a portion of the commission earned from the salesperson’s rental or sale of the property.

We are looking for licensed real estate salespersons for residential apartment rentals. We supply the listings (many of which are exclusives), and also give you the opportunity to find your own clients. You start at a 40% commission split and could reach a 60% commission split after only 5 rentals. No experience is necessary, but you must be licensed real estate salesperson or be ready to be sponsored. We provide ongoing training. We are located in midtown Manhattan, directly accross from The Empire State Building.

Your duties will include obtaining new listings, previewing apartments and buildings and generally learning and keeping informed on what's happening in the Manhattan residential market. Showing apartments and buildings. You will also conduct open houses and attend lease signings and closings with your clients.

• Multi-Unit Residential 2-5 Units
